heart of the fast

As our Wellspring leadership team has sought the Lord this year, they have felt Isaiah 58 strongly impressed upon their hearts regarding the upcoming season of the church. In response to this direction, we sense to respond with a focused time of prayer and fasting: Sunday, November 9-Saturday, November 15.

The Lord has repeatedly made it clear to us that it is His plan to bring transformation to our city; however, the transformation of a city must begin with the transformation of our individual lives. Before we are ever stirred to action, we want to offer our hearts on the altar to be moved by the Lord.

We invite you to prayerfully consider how you can join in with us during this time of prayer and fasting, inviting the Lord to give you His heart regarding Isaiah 58 for your own home, our city, and beyond.

Psalm 27:8 says,

When You said, “Seek My face,”
My heart said to You, “Your face, Lord, I will seek.”

We believe the Lord has placed this passage, Isaiah 58, before us as an invitation to search out. We desire to seek His face in response.

prayer & Worship

Monday, November 10–Friday, November 14, we will host worship and prayer in the sanctuary from 6:30-8 p.m. each night. Join us as we come together to seek the Lord’s heart, to minister to Him, and to pray.
