  • The Wellspring Middle School Pastor role exists to disciple this generation in the presence and the Word of God. They host gatherings where youth encounter the presence of Jesus and are discipled in the joy of a personal relationship with Him. The Middle School Pastor also plays a critical role in connecting this generation with the greater church family, modeling that belonging exists in both relationships with Jesus and one another.

    Wellspring is seeking individual(s) who desire to…

    • Pastor and disciple youth 11 – 14 (While attending Middle School) 

    • Create and host weekly gatherings for youth to experience Jesus and be discipled 

    • Organize outreach events, retreats or service projects for youth to grow and serve

    • Work closely with Generations Pastor, Wellspring Kids, and Youth Pastors to assist youth in each transition of life 

    • Carry out pastoral staff responsibilities, including but not limited to:

      • Preparing and teaching the Word at weekly gatherings for youth 

      • Providing pastoral care for youth, their families, and volunteers

      • Serve at all-church gatherings such as conference weekends, picnics, etc. 

    • Participate in Wellspring staff meetings and gatherings, such as: 

      • Weekly staff prayer 

      • Monthly pastors’ meeting 

      • Monthly all-staff meeting 

    • Demonstrate the Wellspring values to love, honor, and serve God and people

    Hours

    This is a full-time exempt position, which means that while you are required to complete 40 hours each week, there may be times when your responsibilities will exceed those hours and you will not be eligible for overtime.

    Generation’s Pastor

  • The primary function of the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor is to oversee and execute all administration for the Senior Pastor. This includes:

    • Managing the Senior Pastor’s schedule, expenses, email, calls and any other administrative responsibilities.

    • Facilitating all scheduling, set up/teardown, and or catering for pastoral and business meetings.

    • Coordinate travel accommodations for the Senior Pastor.

    • Manage schedules, accommodations, travel, and administrative responsibilities pertaining to guest speakers.

    • Coordinate plans for Sunday services and attend as the liaison to the Senior Pastor.

    Requirements:

    • High levels of character and integrity;

    • Passionate personal relationship with Jesus and evidence of fruitfulness in Christian walk;

    • Passion for people and organization;

    • Confident skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Ability to problem solve, think critically, and provide solutions;

    • Passion for organization, developing systems, and an ability to think at high levels as well as practical levels.

    • Patience, perseverance, and resilience.

    • Willingness to provide support for occasional weekend events and administrative tasks as needed.

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Maintains a professional demeanor in all situations.

    Hours

    This is a part-time, non-exempt position, which means that while you are required to complete up to 25 hours each week, there may be times when your responsibilities will exceed those hours and you will be eligible for additional hours.

    The Senior Pastor will be your direct supervisor.

    Wellspring is seeking individuals who desire to…

    • Attend weekly department meetings, operations team meetings, and monthly all-staff meetings.

    • Collaborate across teams and departments to identify ways to best support operations and events at the church.

    • Oversee volunteer scheduling, communication, and inquiries.

    • Organize departmental/church-wide events such as team trainings, luncheons, special events, conferences, and more.

    • Manage department expenses, calendars, emails, and any other responsibilities that may need additional help.

    • Prayerfully support the Wellspring staff and live out the core values and primary expressions.

    Hours

    Wellspring offers temporary, part-time, and full-time administrative opportunities. Work hours range from 20 - 40 hours per week. Job scope and responsibilities will depend on the position and department needs.
