The primary function of the Office Manager is to support the smooth operation and efficacy of the front office by:
Welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answering any questions.
Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and helpful manner.
Working alongside the Finance Administrator to count the weekly offering.
Prepare the café for Sunday morning & weekly events.
Sorting and distributing mail and packages.
Oversees church-wide Calendars.
Assist with HR administrative task as needed.
Assist in planning staff-wide and church wide projects and events as directed by the Operations Pastor.
Managing select departmental expense reports.
Managing office supplies and overseeing the maintenance and care of office equipment.
Assisting departments at Wellspring with administrative projects upon request of Supervisor.
Prayerfully supporting the staff to implement Wellspring’s core values and primary expressions.
Requirements:
High levels of character and integrity;
Passionate personal relationship with Jesus and evidence of fruitfulness in Christian walk;
Passion for people and organization;
Ability to develop systems and think at organizational as well as departmental levels;
Ability to problem solve, think critically, and provide solutions;
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; and
Patience, perseverance and resilience.
Hours
This is a full-time, non-exempt position, which means that while you are required to complete up to 35 hours each week, there may be times when your responsibilities will exceed those hours and you will be eligible for additional hours.
Oversight
The Human Resource Manager will be your direct supervisor.

The primary function of the Discipleship Administrative Assistant is to oversee and execute all administration for the Discipleship Department (Including the Prayer, Prophetic & Revive Teams) by:
Attending weekly department meetings, operations team meetings, and monthly all-staff meetings.
Organizing and executing all Discipleship Department events including but not limited to Prayer Team training/events, Prophetic Team training/events Discipleship classes, and Grace Revealed.
Administrating volunteer communications, coordination, scheduling, and team building.
Managing the application and onboarding process for new volunteers.
Managing words of knowledge for the Prayer and Prophetic Teams as well as maintaining testimonies.
Providing administrative support for church-wide events and special projects within the operations and discipleship department.
Managing the Discipleship Pastors’ expenses and any other responsibilities with which the Discipleship Pastors may require assistance.
Prayerfully supporting the Discipleship Department to implement Wellspring’s mission, vision, core values, and primary expressions.
